Record every recurring cost
For each Probably Stolen production batch, count materials, energy and other consumables. Keep units consistent. Enter zero only for a confirmed zero cost; an unknown input should stay blank.
Separate equipment investment
Batch operating profit is revenue minus recurring costs. Equipment is paid once. Payback is the number of profitable batches needed to recover that initial investment, rounded up.
Margin and hourly profit answer different questions
Margin divides profit by revenue. Profit per hour divides profit by the measured cycle duration. Compare hourly results only with the same time basis. Overnight game processing has no assumed real-minute conversion here.
Use scenarios, not promises
A Probably Stolen scenario assumes the entered output sells at the entered price. Demand, idle time, feed availability, water quality and production failures can change the actual outcome. Test conservative prices and yields alongside your best case.
